# 1589 A Touching Question
Question
What is Horav Miller’s opinion on a blind person reading the parsha (shnaim mikra) in Braille, is that considered reading? Is it better than listening to someone else reading?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that the blind can comply with shnaim mikra when reading in Braille, if they speak the words.
