My nine year old daughter attends a Bays Yaakov type school. Can she in the hot summer days wear short sleeves in the backyard or house?
Answer
Horav Shlomo Miller’s Shlit’a opinion is that on the privacy of the backyard or home, when no guest are expected, she can wear short sleeves limited to three inches above the elbow.
