Yachad is pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Womans Inclusive program on Feb. 10 at 8:30 p.m. at Clanton Park Schul (11 Lowesmoore Ave). All woman of the community are invited to attend (mainstream together with people with Special Needs).
Bring your daughter/daughter in law/mother/niece/granddaughter/neighbor/friend...... to an amazing "Chopped" competition. Based on the hit TV show "Chopped" (similar program to "Master Chef") where you will participate with a group of woman making a new and interesting recipe.
This year there will be a panel of judges who will judge the teams on both taste and presentation.
The judges will be:
· Chef Moshe, who is a member of the Canadian Culinary Federation
· Esther Klein “Hardcore Snackie”
· Sharon Durbach
There will also be a live demonstration from Chef Moshe along with a delicious buffet to enjoy.
As well, there will be a raffle with some fabulous prizes.
Everyone will receive a great Yachad swag before they leave and the members of the winning team will also get a fabulous and unique Yachad gift.
The cost is $36 per person and a tax receipt for $18 will be issued from “Yachad, the Canadian Jewish Council for Disabilities”.
