She is the founder of Steps PT and the director of the Friendship Circle of Virginia, a non-profit organization that empowers social opportunities for children and individuals with disabilities. Additionally, Sarah is the Project Director for the Ruderman Chabad Inclusion Initiative which aims to create an inclusive environment in Chabad Houses around the world.
